Share Assessment Records with Quality Analysts

Configure sharing rules and organization-wide defaults to grant quality analysts read and write access to interaction assessment records.

User Permissions Needed
To manage data sharing structures:	Quality Manager

From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Sharing Settings.
Create a sharing rule for Assessment to share records with a Public Group or Role of Quality Analysts. Provide these details:
- Rule Name Label: AssessmentNewRule
- Rule Name: CallSharingNewRule
- Select records to be shared: Voice call owned by owners: Roles, APAC_REP_ROLE
- Select the users to share with: Share with: Roles, APAC_QA_ROLE (This is the role associated with the quality analyst for the rep team)
- Select the level of access for the users: Access level: Read/Write Only
Save your settings.

Note Set Org-wide sharing default for AssessmentQuestionResponse Default Internal Access and Default External Access as Controlled by Parent.
