          Admissions Connect Requirements

          Admissions Connect Requirements

Review the requirements for implementing Admissions Connect, such as understanding Action Plans and Applications.

          • Learn About Action Plans
Understand what Actions Plans are and how you can use them in Admissions Connect to define application requirements.
          • Plan Your Application Requirements
Your Application Material Mappings are the overall plan for how your Application requirements appear. Think of the mapping records as a table of contents for an Application. We recommend that you plan all of your application requirements before creating any Action Plan Template or Application Material Mapping records. A good plan will make your implementation go smoother and faster. A spreadsheet can be a great planning tool.
          • Quick Start Asset Reference List
Admissions Connect provides sample assets to help you get started with Action Plans and other configurations. Modify these assets to work for your institution, or clone them for a quick start. Here’s a list of the sample assets we provide.
          • Set Up Application Requirements and Action Plans
Define the document types that applicants can upload, the fields and information that are visible to applicants, and the application requirements. Then, configure how to implement these elements together in the Admissions Connect components.
          • Configure Application Requirement Assignment
Assign Action Plans to Applications so that admissions staff and applicants learn about requirements and next steps.
