Case Management Feature Telemetry collects feature and usage metrics when customers use our products. This information provides Salesforce.org with valuable insight into how Case Management is used by our customers.
Case Management Feature Telemetry collects feature and usage metrics when customers use our products. This information provides Salesforce.org with valuable insight into how Case Management is used by our customers. We use this information to understand the level of usage and adoption of various Case Management features.We don't collect personally identifiable information through Case Management Feature Telemetry. We only collect information about which features an organization has enabled and the number of times those features are used.
Three data types can be collected: Boolean (True/False), Integer, and Date. Case Management only collects Boolean and Integer data types. Case Management Feature Telemetry data is collected during the push upgrade process.

We use this information to understand the level of usage and adoption of various Case Management features. We don't collect personally identifiable information through Case Management Feature Telemetry. We only collect information about what features an organization has enabled or not.

- Count of Active Programs with Active Services
- Count of Active Programs with Program Cohorts
- Count of Active Programs with Program Engagements created in the last 30 days
- Count of Active Programs with Service Deliveries created in the last 30 days
- Count of Active Services
- Count of Active Services with Service Schedules
- Count of Service Deliveries with an Attendance Status, created in the last 30 days
- Count of Service Schedules with at least one Service Session in the future
- Count of Active Programs with at least one Program Cohort.
User Permissions
- Count of users assigned the PMM: Deliver permission
- Count of users assigned the PMM: Manage permission
