Add Custom Fields on Education Cloud Objects

Ensure that the required custom fields are available on the case participant and care plan objects in Education Cloud. If they aren't available, add the missing fields manually.

1. From the object management settings for case participant, go to Fields & Relationships.
2. Click New.
3. Under Data Type, select Text, and then click Next.
4. Enter SuccessPlan Legacy ID as the field label.
5. Enter 255 as the length.
6. In Field Name, enter SuccessPlan_Legacy_Id, and then click Next.
7. Ensure that System Administrator and Analytics Cloud Integration User profiles are enabled for field visibility.
8. Click Next, and then save your changes.
9. Similarly, add the missing field for care plan.
