Assign the Student Management Account Record Page to Student Records
Replace the regular person account layout with the student record layout by assigning
Student Management Account Record Page to the person account record type. Then assign the page to
profiles for advisors and registrars.

Developer Editions with Education Cloud
User Permissions Needed
To customize the Student Management app:
Education Cloud Full Access
From the App Launcher, find and select Student Management.
Open an Account record.
Note To apply the flexipage template, you must use a standard Account
record page, and not a Person Account record page. Assign the new layout to person accounts
when you activate the page.
Click , and then click Edit Page.
The page opens in Lightning App Builder.
In Label, enter Student Management Account Record Page.
In API Name, enter Student_Management_Account_Record_Page.
Save your changes.
Click Activate.
Click the App, Record Type, and Profile tab.
Click Assign to Apps, Record Types, and Profiles.
Select Student Management, and then click
Next.
Select a form factor, and then click Next.
Select Person Account as the record type, and then click
Next.
Select the profiles that you want to assign profiles to the Student Management Account
Record Page, and then click Next.
