Associate a Pricebook with an Academic Interval

Specify that a pricebook applies for a given academic session, term, or year.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Education Cloud, Revenue Cloud Advanced, and the Revenue Cloud Billing licenses.
User Permissions Needed
To associate price book with the interval: Education Cloud Full Access
  1. From the app launcher, find and select Student Financials.
  2. On the Home page, click Price Book Academic Intervals.
  3. Click New.
  4. In the Academic Interval field, search for and select the session, term, or year to associate with a price book, for example, Spring 2026.
  5. Select the price book to associate with the interval.
    You can associate multiple price books with each academic interval.
