To create an academic order, use one of these:

• The Create Learner Order invocable action to create an academic order for one or more learners. See Create a Student Financial Order.
• The Orders page to create orders and the Academic Orders page to link the order to the academic interval, track your students’ product requests, and activate your orders to automatically generate invoices. See Create Orders and Generate Invoices.

  Create an academic order for one or more learners with the Salesforce provided Create Learner Order invocable action.
• Price an Academic Order
  You can incorporate these pricing resources into your workflows to set up academic order pricing. For example, you can customize the expression set template to apply discounts.
• Create Orders and Generate Invoices
  Create orders to track your students’ product requests. To automatically generate invoices based on billing schedules, activate your orders. An invoice shows a list of order products alongside the total amount that a student must pay.
