Configure Mentoring Portal Access
After you set up your Education Cloud Mentoring portal, assign Mentoring participants, preview the site, and then activate the site.

Add the mentor and mentee profiles as members of the Experience Cloud site that you're using for your Mentoring portals. - Preview, Test, and Activate the Site
After configuration, preview and test your site to make sure it's working the way that you want. Then, activate the site to make it available to users.
Assign Mentoring Participants to the Portal
Add the mentor and mentee profiles as members of the Experience Cloud site that you're using for your Mentoring portals.

| To assign mentoring participants to a mentoring portal: | Education Cloud Full Access AND Create and Set Up Experiences AND View Setup and Configuration AND Be a member of the site AND View Setup and Configuration AND an experience admin, publisher, or builder in that site |
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Digital Experiences, and then select All Sites.
- Next to your site, click Workspaces, and then select Administration.
- Click Members.
- Under Select Profiles, for Search, select Customer.
- Add the profiles to the Selected Profiles list.
- For a single portal, add both the Mentor and Mentee profiles.
- For a separate mentee portal, add your mentee profile.
- For a separate mentor portal, add your mentor profile.
- Save your changes.
