Create a Benefits Home Page for Mentors

Create and setup a page for your Education Cloud Mentoring portal where mentors can see the benefits for which they can register as a provider.

Editions Needed
Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Education Cloud
User Permission Needed  
To create and configure a page for your mentoring portal:

Education Cloud Full Access

AND

Create and Set Up Experiences

AND

View Setup and Configuration

AND

Be a member of the site AND View Setup and Configuration AND an experience admin, publisher, or builder in that site

AND

OmniStudio Admin

AND

OmniStudio User

  1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Digital Experiences, and then select All Sites.
  2. Next to your site that you use for your mentor portal, click Builder.
  3. Click Page Properties icon, and then click New Page.
  4. Select Standard Page, choose Flexible Layout, and then click Next.
  5. In Name, enter Benefit Home Screen.
  6. In URL, enter benefit-home-screen.
  7. In API Name, enter Benefit_Home_Screen.
  8. Click Create.
  9. On the Benefit Home Screen page, click Components icon, and then drag the Flexcard component to the Content area.
  10. From Flexcard Name, select MentoringBenefitHome.
  11. Click the Navigation Menu, and then select Edit Default Navigation.
  12. Click Add Menu Item, and then enter these values.
    1. In Name, enter Benefits.
    2. From Type, select Site Page.
    3. From Page, select Benefit Home Screen.
  13. Click Save Menu and then click Publish.
  14. Assign your mentor profile as the audience for this page. See Assign an Audience to a Page Variation.
