Create an Advising Summary
Use Einstein Advising Summary in Education Cloud to summarize a learner’s advising case.

| To create advising summaries: | Education Cloud Full Access AND Prompt Template User |
- From the App Launcher, find and select Cases.
- Click any case record of the advising case record type.
- Go to the tab with the Einstein Summary component.
- To accept the disclaimer and proceed, click Got It.Einstein analyzes and generates a summary of the case.
- To regenerate a summary, click Generate Summary.
- If necessary, edit or copy the summary.
- Save your changes.The summary is saved as a comment related to the case.
