Add Products for Student Financials Use products to model student fees such as in-state tuition, international student tuition, lab fees, and meal plans. After you create products, you link them together in price books that you associate with academic intervals such as the current fall term. You can create multiple price books for fees that change yearly or vary based on learner attributes.
Set Up an Academic Interval Structure Build an academic interval structure to accurately represent your institution's schedule. This structure uses the academic year to define the entire year. Within that year, the academic term specifies periods for reporting and course offerings, which can also contain other nested time periods. Finally, the academic session specifies the exact time periods when courses are offered.
