Enable Shifts in Scheduling Policy
Education Cloud uses shifts from the staff's service territory to determine their available time slots.

| To enable shifts for Education Cloud: | Education Cloud Full Access |
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Scheduling Policies, and then select Scheduling Policies.
- Next to the policy to update, click Edit.
- Select Use service territory member’s shift, and then save your changes.
