          The Donor Profile simplifies the process of identifying, qualifying, and managing information on prospective donors. When you're researching prospects, the Donor Profile shows you the information you need to gauge a person or partner's likelihood of making a major gift.

          Use the Donor Profile to:

          • Determine if a donor qualifies for a specific request and their willingness to give by evaluating a prospect's giving history.
          • Tailor discussions and outreach engagements to donors by familiarizing yourself with a donor's background.
          • Understand a donor's giving philosophy and habits by reviewing their giving history.
          • Track and celebrate a donor's milestones—such as birthdays, graduations, and anniversaries—Use them to personalize communications and build a stronger relationship with the donor.
          • Receive alerts on donor communications and activities that enable you to start relevant and timely interactions that further builds your relationship.
          • Create interaction summaries that record your communications and engagements with the donor.
          • Upload pertinent notes and files on the Notes and Files tab.
          • Quickly familiarize yourself with the donor's interests by viewing their Interest Tags.
