Staff Assisted Proxy Management and Access Delegation
Student advisors can grant parents, guardians, and other proxies access to selected
student information for a specified time period. Select the delegated access definitions that
determine which categories of information the proxy can access.

User Permissions Needed
To grant delegated access to proxy users:
Education Cloud Full Access permission set
AND
Manage Delegated Access and
Related Objects
To grant delegated access to a proxy user:
From the App Launcher, find and select Cases or
Contacts.
Open a student case or contact.
In the My Proxies section, click New.
Enter the proxy name details.
Select a relationship.
Enter an email address.
Click Next.
Turn on the delegated access definitions for the categories that the proxy can access.
Proxies can access only data that the student has access to.
Set the start and end dates for access.
Save your changes.
