Several Slack for Education flows reference the EDU Course Operations: Get Faculty Slack
User in a subflow element. Modify this flow to make sure that related agent actions accurately
identify a faculty Slack user based on their employee record.

To make sure that the flow maps a faculty Slack user to their employee record accurately,
modify the Get Employee Record element. Based on your business needs, you can determine the
fields and logic that the element uses to locate the correct employee record.
From Setup, find and select Flows.
Click Save as New Flow.
For the Get Employee Record element, apply filters that meet your criteria for identifying
the correct faculty employee record.
The example shows a custom condition logic, which presents one approach to configure the
condition requirements.
Save and activate the flow.
Example
Apply a custom condition logic to make sure that the flow finds the correct employee
record.
Click Get Employee Record.
Under Filter Employee Records, for Condition Requirements, select Custom
Condition Logic is Met.
For Condition Logic, enter (1 AND 8) OR (1 AND 2 AND 3 AND 4 AND 5 AND 6 AND
7).
