Use the Link Canceled Order to Original Order invocable action in a flow to connect a canceled order with its original order.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Education Cloud, Revenue Cloud Advanced, and the Revenue Cloud Billing licenses.
User Permissions Needed
To set up an invocable action:

Education Cloud Full Access

AND

Billing Operations User permission set

AND

Payment Operations User permission set
To open, edit, create, activate or deactivate a flow: Manage Flow

Build a flow to incorporate the Link Canceled Order to Original Order invocable action into your org's workflow. Run the flow to link a canceled order to the original order to enable refund processing.
