Record Student Involvement in Activities

Advisors can track and document a student's participation in academic and extracurricular activities.

Required Editions
Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Education Cloud

User Permissions Needed
To record an involvement:	Education Cloud Full Access permission set

Before you begin:

From the App Launcher, find and select Cases.
Select a case record for the student.
Go to the Student Involvement Groups tab.
Click Add Involvement.
Select an involvement group.
Enter a description for the involvement.
Select the start date and end date when the student will be active.
Select the role of the student for the involvement.
Select the student's level of involvement in the involvement group.
Select ‌whether the involvement relates to an academic term or an academic year, and then select the corresponding value.
Save your changes.
