Assist Learners with Program Management
Within the Student Success app, your institution can effectively define, plan, and deliver non-scholastic services and initiatives that support each learner’s journey. Directors can model programs with supported benefits, and then schedule and track the benefit disbursements to recipients.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions where the Education Cloud license is enabled.
Who: Only users with the Education Cloud Objects and Components permission set can access this feature.
How: In the Student Success app, on the director or advisor console, use the dropdown menu to open workflows to create and configure programs, program enrollments, benefits, benefit types, schedules, sessions, disbursements, and assignments.
