Education Cloud Limited Access Permission Set License
As of July 2023, you can provide your users access to the features that they need by using the new standard permission set, Education Cloud Limited Access. This permission set grants wider access to Education Cloud features than Education Cloud Reviewer. For clarity, consistency, and to accommodate additional use cases, the Education Cloud Reviewer license is now Education Cloud Limited Access.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions where the Education Cloud license is enabled.
How: Look for the new permission set license in Setup under Company Information. Find the new permission set in Setup under Permission Sets. The Education Cloud Limited Access license has two permission sets that can be assigned to users.
- Education Cloud Reviewer
- Gives users access to Education Cloud application review features.
- Education Cloud Limited Access
- Combines access to objects and features required for Student Success use cases with the permissions included in Education Cloud Reviewer.
