Monitor Learner Performance with Alerts
Directors and advisors can now create alerts that notify them about learner performance so that they can offer timely support when required. Use flows to automatically create alerts for multiple learner records.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions where the Education Cloud license is enabled.
Who: Only users with the Education Cloud Objects and Components permission set can access this feature.
How: In the Student Success app, on the director or advisor console, click Alerts on the dropdown menu and follow the alert creation workflow.
