Schedule Appointments on Behalf of Students
Staff can schedule appointments on behalf of a learner from the learner's person account record.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions where the Education Cloud license is enabled.
Who: Only users with the Education Cloud Objects and Components permission set can access this feature.
How: In the Student Success app, open the learner's person account record and click Staff Scheduler. Select the staff member or team, topic, and channel for the meeting, and then select a time.
