Student Success Components for Your Learner Portal
Use Experience Builder to enhance your institution's learner portal with new mobile-ready Lightning web components for student success. From the learner portal, learners can conveniently schedule and manage appointments, view their assigned success teams and care plans, and manage their tasks.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience and all versions of the mobile app in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions where the Education Cloud license is enabled.
Who: Only users with the Education Cloud Objects and Components permission set can create or modify sites in Experience Builder. Only users with the Education Cloud for Experience Cloud Access permission set can access the learner portal.
How: From Setup, in the Quick Find box, find and select All Sites under Digital Experiences. Select your learner portal from the list, then add and configure each component.
