            Set Up an Academic Interval Structure

            Build an academic interval structure to accurately represent your institution's schedule. This structure uses the academic year to define the entire year. Within that year, the academic term specifies periods for reporting and course offerings, which can also contain other nested time periods. Finally, the academic session specifies the exact time periods when courses are offered.
