Update your existing course offering records in bulk to populate the Availability
Status field automatically.
Use Data Loader, an Apex script, or another method of your choice. If you have many closed courses, set those course offerings to Closed for completed academic sessions. Then update only current and future course offering records.

- Open the Experience Builder of your Experience Cloud site.
- On your Course Search page in Experience Builder, click the Course Search component.
- In the Advanced Search Fields section on the configuration panel, select the search fields that you want to make available in Advanced Search.
