Set Up Case Record Page for Advising
Configure the case record page in Student Success for advising.

Before you begin, provide at least read access to these fields. The Program Enrollments tab uses Omnistudio Data Mappers to show benefit disbursement information for the advisee.

- From the App Launcher, find and select Cases.
- From the list, select any case to view its record page.
- Click Setup, and then select Edit Page.

In Lightning App Builder, add tabs for appointments, record alerts, and tasks.
- Click the Tabs component to view its properties.
- Click Add Tab.
- Select the new tab, then select the tab label as Appointments. If the specific label isn’t available in the list, select Custom and enter the label.
- Similarly, add tabs for Record Alerts and Tasks.

Add dynamic related lists for upcoming, in progress, and completed appointments under
the Appointments tab.
- From the Components list, drag the Tabs component to under the Appointments tab.
- On the tab properties, add these tabs: Upcoming, In Progress, and Completed.
- From the Components list, drag the Dynamic Related List - Single component to under the Upcoming tab.
- From the list properties, under Related List, find and select Service Appointments.
- Under Related List Filters, click Add Filter to add and configure filters as required to show upcoming appointments.
- Under Actions, remove New.
- Similarly, add and format the Dynamic Related List - Single component for the In Progress and Completed tabs.
- Repeat step 5 to add dynamic related lists for upcoming, in progress, and completed record alerts under the Record Alerts tab.

Add a related list for open activities to the Tasks tab.
- From the Components list, drag the Related List - Single component to under the Tasks tab.
- On the list properties, under Related List, find and select Open Activities. See Set the Default Activities View.
- From the Components list, drag the Action Launcher component to the page. For detailed configuration steps, see Action Launcher.
- Save your changes.
