          Accounting Subledger
          1. Add Accounting Subledger users.

          2. Set up data pipelines for Accounting Subledger.

          3. Assign Accounting Subledger permission sets. See Accounting Subledger Setup.

          Action Launcher
          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Action Launcher, and then select Set Up Action Launcher.

          2. Turn on Action Launcher.

          Actionable Relationship Center
          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Actionable Relationship Center, and then select Set Up Actionable Relationship Center.

          2. Turn on Actionable Relationship Center.

          Actionable Segmentation

          Care Plans
          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Program and Case Management, and then select Care Plan Settings.

          2. Turn on Create and manage care plans.

          Case Proceedings
          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Program and Case Management, and then select Case Proceedings Settings.

          2. Turn on Create and manage case proceedings.

          3. Add picklist values to the Status field on the Complaint Participant object. See Configure Case and Complaint Participants.

          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Program and Case Management, and then select Case Referrals Settings.

          Einstein Academic Insights
          1. In Setup, find and select Set Up Education Cloud.

          2. Under Set Up Einstein for Education Cloud, turn on Einstein Academic Insights.

          Important
          Important To use Einstein Academic Insights, you must purchase Data Cloud as part of an add-on or as a standalone license. To purchase an add-on license, contact your Salesforce account executive.
          Einstein Advising Summary
          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Set Up Education Cloud and select it.

          2. Under Set Up Einstein for Education Cloud, turn on Einstein Advising Summary.

          Einstein Generative AI
          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Einstein Setup, and then select Einstein Setup under Einstein Generative AI.

          2. Turn on Einstein.

          Group Membership

          Intelligent Document Reader

          Important
          Important Turning on Intelligent Document Reader in Government Cloud and Government Cloud Plus organizations can send data outside the authorization boundary. Contact your Salesforce account executive for more details.
          Intelligent Question Generation
          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Discovery Framework, and then select General Settings.

          2. Turn on Intelligent Question Generation.

          Omnistudio
          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Omnistudio, and then select Omnistudio Settings.

          2. Turn on Omnistudio Metadata.

          3. Turn off Managed Package Runtime.

          4. Turn on Deploy Custom Lightning Web Components in Standard Runtime.

          Outcome Management

          See Outcome Management Setup. After you enable Outcome Management, create and assign a permission set to users.

          1. Clone the Education Cloud Full Access permission set.

          2. Update the system permissions for the new permission set.

            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Permission Sets and select Permission Sets.

            2. Click your new Outcome Management permission set.

            3. Click System Permissions, and then click Edit.

            4. Add permissions: For CRM users, select Manage Outcomes and Run Flows. For Experience Cloud users, select Manage Outcomes.

            5. Save your changes.

          3. Assign the permission set to users who need Outcome Management. See Assign a Permission Set to Users.

          Program and Benefit Management
          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Benefit Management, and then select Program and Benefit Management Settings.

          2. Turn on Create and manage your programs, benefits, and goals.

          3. Turn on Allow users to access all benefit assignment and goal assignment records when the user has access to the benefit assignment and goal assignment's parent records.

          Record Alerts
          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Record Alert Settings, and then select Record Alert Access.

          2. Turn on Turn On Record Alert Access.

          Salesforce Scheduler for Education Cloud

          See Enable Salesforce Scheduler for Education Cloud.

          Stage Management
          1. Turn on Stage Management.

          2. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, find and select Permission Sets.

          3. Click New.

          4. Enter a label for the permission set. Press Tab to automatically fill the API name.

          5. Select Education Cloud - Full Access as the license and save your changes.

          6. Click System Permissions, and then click Edit.

          7. Select Dynamic Common Orchestrator User and save your changes.

          8. Next to System Permissions, click the Actions menu icon, and then select Object Settings.

          9. Click Fulfillment Plans, and then click Edit.

          10. Select Read, Create, Edit, and Delete as the object permissions.

          11. Save your changes.

          12. Similarly, assign Read, Create, Edit, and Delete object permissions for Fulfillment Steps, Fulfillment Step Dependencies, Fulfillment Step Sources, and Stage Transition Entries.

          Timeline
          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Set Up Timeline, and then select Video Calls Settings.

          2. Turn on Timeline.

          Video Calls
          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Video Calls, and then select Video Calls Settings.
