            Set Up Corporate Relations

            Give admins and advancement officers access to Corporate Relations features and objects. Create active versions of the flows to update partnership placement records and update outcome counts.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Education Cloud
            User Permissions Needed
            To set up Corporate Relations:

            Corporate Relations Admin

            OR

            Education Cloud Full Access
            To configure flows: Manage Flow
            To run flows: Run Flows

            Three levels of permissions grant access to Corporate Relations features. To give the appropriate access to admins and advancement officers, assign only one permission set to each user.

            Education Cloud Corporate Relations Admin
            Users can set up Corporate Relations, and access Corporate Relations objects and features and Outcome Management fields.
            Education Cloud Full Access with the Outcome Management permission
            Users with the Education Cloud Full Access permission set can set up Corporate Relations. To access all of the objects and fields included in Corporate Relations, users also need the Outcome Management permission.
            Education Cloud Advancement Officer
            Users can view Corporate Relations records and Outcome Management fields.
            1. Turn on Outcome Management.
              1. From Setup, find and select Outcome Management Settings.
              2. Turn on Outcome Management.
            2. Turn on Corporate Relations.
              1. From Setup, find and select Set Up Education Cloud.
              2. Turn on Set Up Corporate Relations.
            3. Create and assign the Education Cloud Advancement Officer permission set to advancement officers.
              1. From Setup, find and select Permission Sets.
              2. Clone Education Cloud Advancement Officer.
              3. Assign the permission set to the appropriate users.
            4. Similarly, create and assign the Education Cloud Corporate Relations Admin permission set to admin users.
            5. To give admin users access to more Education Cloud objects, create and assign the Education Cloud Full Access permission set with the Manage Outcome permission.
              1. From Setup, find and select Permission Sets.
              2. Clone Education Cloud Full Access.
              3. In the cloned version of Education Cloud Full Access, click System Permissions.
              4. For Manage Outcomes, select Enabled.
              5. Save your changes.
              6. Assign the permission set to the appropriate users.
            6. Create active versions of Corporate Relations flows.
              1. From Setup, find and select Flows.
              2. Select EDU Corporate Relations: Create Outcomes and Assignments.
              3. Click Save as New Flow.
              4. Save and activate the flow.
              5. Repeat these steps to create an active version of the EDU Corporate Relations: Aggregate Placements flow.
