            Add the RFM Score to the Donor Profile in Nonprofit

            To see the individual scores or aggregated RFM score, add it to the Related Records Detail Display on the Donor Profile.

            Required Editions

            User Permissions Needed  
            To set up donor profiles:

            Fundraising_Admin permission set group
            1. In the Philanthropy and Partnerships app, edit the Donor Profile account page.
            2. Select the Donor Giving Summary (Related Records Detail Display) pane.
            3. To add the RFM score to this pane, click Add Group | New Group
            4. In Choose Fields, select Recency Score, Frequency Score, Monetary Score, and Composite RFM Score.

              If you want to show only the composite score, you can add the Composite RFM Score field to the existing Giving History rollup.

            5. In the Group Name field, enter a name, for example, RFM Score, for this section of the Donor Giving Summary pane.
            6. Save and activate the page as an app default.
