Use the Donor Meeting Notes Subagent

After you set up the Donor Engagement Agent, gift officers can use the agent to create a record of their donor meetings.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available with: Enterprise, Unlimited and Developer Editions with an Agentforce or Einstein for Sales, Service, Platform, or Industry add-on license, where Fundraising is enabled. Requires each user to have the Agentforce or Einstein add-on to access the actions.
User Permissions Needed
To use the Donor Engagement Agent:

Fundraising_User permission set group

AND

Agentforce For Fundraising Access permission set

AND

Prompt Template User

With the Donor Meeting Notes subagent, gift officers use an agent to capture, edit, and save notes from donor meetings as Interaction Summaries in Salesforce. The Donor Meeting Notes subagent contains the Prepare Donor Meeting Notes action.

Here are some examples of requests that a gift officer can use with the agent.

Request Example Result
I just met with [donor name] and discussed [purpose of the meeting]. [highlights of the meeting] The agent confirms the correct donor account and then turns the provided raw notes, the donor account, and the current date into a structured interaction summary for the user’s review.
Save Creates an interaction record with meeting date and type. Then creates an interaction summary that’s linked to the interaction record and to the donor’s account.
