The Donor Engagement Agent includes these subagents:

  • Donor Meeting Notes — the agent uses this subagent to create a record of their donor meetings.
  • Donor Task Management — the agent uses this subagent to create tasks and reminders to follow up with donors.
  1. Turn on the Donor Engagement template.
    1. From the App Launcher, search for and select Agentforce Studio.
    2. From the left column, select Prompt Templates.
Prompt Builder opens in a new window.
    3. In the Prompt Templates table, search for Prepare, and select Prepare Donor Meeting Notes.
The prompt template controls how the agent formats raw meeting notes into structured interaction summaries. You can update the instructions, grounding data, and note template.
    4. Customize the template as needed, then select Save as a New Version to save your changes.
    5. Activate the version of the template you prefer.
  2. Create an agent.
    1. Return to Agentforce Studio and click New Agent.
The Agentforce Builder template page opens.
    2. Select the Donor Engagement template.
    3. Give your agent a name and click Let’s Go.
The agent summary opens where you can become familiar with the agent’s subagents and actions.
  3. Click Commit Version to lock the agent and prepare it for activation.
After an agent version is committed, you can’t edit it. To make changes after committing the agent, create a new version.
  4. Click Activate.
  5. Add the Donor Engagement agent to a permission set or profile so that assigned donor gift officers can use the agent.
A permission set named “Agentforce Agent [Your Agent Name] Permissions” is created automatically. This permission set is used to customize permissions and assign agent access.
