Quickly add multiple gift entries that use the same set of fields by creating a gift
batch and process the collection of gift entries together. Every gift batch has an associated
template that defines a set of fields and their display order in a gift entry. Fundraising
provides a default template, and you can create customized templates to meet your unique gift
entry needs.

User Permissions Needed
To create a gift batch:
FundraisingAccess permission set
From the App Launcher (), find and select Gift Batches.
Click New.
For Screen Template Name, keep the default selection or, if you have custom templates,
select the appropriate template.
To perform the validation check during gift batch processing, specify values in Estimated
Gift Count and Estimated Batch Value, and then select Total Gift Value
Match.
Save your changes.
After you create a gift batch, add gift entries to the gift batch to process them all at
once.
