            Schedule RFM Score Calculation in Nonprofit

            Automate the Recency, Frequency, and Monetary Value (RFM) score calculation DPE jobs by creating a flow that runs based on a specified date, time, and frequency.

            Required Editions

            REQUIRED EDITIONS
            Available in: Lightning Experience

            Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Nonprofit Cloud
            User Permissions Needed  
            To create a scheduled-triggered flow for Fundraising:

            Fundraising_Admin permission set group
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select Flows.
            2. Click New Flow.
            3. Select Start From Scratch and click Next.
            4. Select the Schedule-Triggered Flow template, and click Create.
            5. In the Start node, click Set Schedule, and specify the date, time, and frequency to run the flow.
            6. Click Add Element (Add Element icon) and select Action.
            7. In the Category section, select Data Processing Engine.
            8. In the Action field, select the RFM Score Calculation data processing engine definition.
            9. Enter a label and API name for the flow.
            10. Click Save.
            11. Enter a flow label, save your changes, and then activate the flow.
