Show Research Profile Cards in Slack in Nonprofit

The Party Philanthropic Research Profile Canvas Management subagent creates the Research Profile Summary canvas in Slack. To show research profile record cards on the canvas, add your org’s domain URL to the Create Slack Canvas Layout for Party Philanthropic Research Profile prompt template.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Education Cloud: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with the applicable Agentforce add-on license
Nonprofit Cloud: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with the applicable Agentforce add-on license
User Permissions Needed
To configure prompt templates:

Fundraising_Admin permission set group

AND

Prompt Template Manager
  1. From Setup, find and select Prompt Builder.
  2. Under Prompt Templates, select Create Slack Canvas Layout for Party Philanthropic Research Profile.
  3. Click Save As, and then click Save as a New Version.
  4. Scroll to the end of the prompt and find ![ResearchProfile](/{!$Input:ResearchProfile.Id}).
  5. Add your org’s domain URL to /{!$Input:ResearchProfile.Id}. For example, ![ResearchProfile](https://my.demo.com/lightning/{!$Input:ResearchProfile.Id}).
  6. Save and activate the prompt template.
