Turn On Advancement Generative AI in Education Cloud
To use Einstein generative AI for Philanthropic Research in Education Cloud, turn on
Advancement Generative AI.
Required Editions
User Permissions Needed
To turn on Advancement Generative AI in Education Cloud:
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, find and select Set Up Education
Cloud.
Expand Set Up Einstein for Education Cloud.
Make sure that Einstein AI is turned on.
Turn on Enable Advancement Generative AI.
Turn On Nonprofit Cloud Generative AI
To use Einstein generative AI for Philanthropic Research in Nonprofit Cloud, turn on
Nonprofit Cloud Generative AI.

Context Service Admin
AND
Einstein for Service Innovations
