            Upgrade or Downgrade a Recurring Gift Commitment in Nonprofit

            You can change the amount of a recurring gift commitment, the schedule, or what the gift is allocated for.

            Required Editions

            REQUIRED EDITIONS
            Available in: Lightning Experience

            Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Nonprofit Cloud
            User Permissions Needed  
            To upgrade or downgrade a recurring gift commitment:

            FundraisingAccess permission set
            1. From the App Launcher (App Launcher), find and select Gift Commitments.
            2. Select the gift commitment that you want to change.
            3. At the top of the record, click Upgrade | Downgrade.
            4. Select the gift commitment schedule you want to change.
            5. Update the information as needed.
            6. If you want the change to apply to the entire schedule, enter the start and end dates in the Effective From and Effective To fields.

              Existing unpaid gift transactions with due dates that fall within the effective dates are removed.

            7. Save your changes.
