          GM Configure the Registration and Login Pages

          Set up the registration and login pages that your users see when they access the grants portal.

          • Update the Logo
            The Grantee Portal site template comes with a fictitious logo on the Registration and Login pages, which you can update with your own.
          • Change the Background
            The background for the login and registration pages are light gray (RGB 238, 238, 238) by default, but this can be changed.
          • Configure the Registration Page
            The out-of-the-box registration page includes several components, including Rich Content Editors and Self-Registration.
          • Configure the Login Page
            The login page includes two Rich Content Editors, Login Form, and Employee Login Link. Similar to the registration page, this page can be configured to meet your organization’s needs and branding.

          Change the Background

          The background for the login and registration pages are light gray (RGB 238, 238, 238) by default, but this can be changed.

          1. Click Setup, then click Setup.

          2. Enter Digital Experiences in the Quick Find box, then click All Sites.

          3. Click Builder next to your site.

          4. Click Theme, then click Images.

          5. Click the Background Image box.

          6. Click Upload Image.

          7. Select an image file to display in the background of the login and registration page, then click Open.

          8. Click Add.

          Configure the Registration Page

          The out-of-the-box registration page includes several components, including Rich Content Editors and Self-Registration.

          1. In Experience Builder, click Page Properties next to Home.

          2. Click Login, then Register.

          3. Click into any of the components to edit. Registration page

          Let's add a welcome message to new registering users and add the ability for the user to create a password.

          1. Click Rich Content Editor

          2. Click Edit Content

          3. Enter a new statement. Since this is visible to registering users, enter a short welcome message.Update welcome message on the registration page

            Note
            Note The Rich Content Editor also lets you change the size, formatting, and alignment of the text.
          4. Click anywhere to close out of the Rich Content Editor.

          Lastly, let's add a password field to the registration page.

          1. Click Self Registration

          2. Select Include Password Field?

          3. Click anywhere to close out of the Self Registration component menu to close it. The Create Password and Confirm Password fields are visible immediately.Updated registration page with welcome message and Create Password and Confirm Password fields.

          Configure the Login Page

          The login page includes two Rich Content Editors, Login Form, and Employee Login Link. Similar to the registration page, this page can be configured to meet your organization’s needs and branding.

          For example, if you doesn't need the Employee Login Link component, you can remove it.

          1. In Experience Builder, click Page Properties next to Home.

          2. Click Login.

          3. Hover over the component, then click Trash icon to remove a component.
