Learn what's included in the external reviewer notification flow.
Grants Management uses the Grants Management: Email the Assigned Reviewer (Sample) flow to send an email to the assigned reviewer.
| Flow Element | Action |

| 1. Start | Includes criteria for when the flow should run. |
| 2. Decision: Send Notification Email | Checks to see if the review has a User in the Assigned To field and if the display start date has a value. |
| 3. Email Alert: Review Assignment Email Alert | Sends the email to the reviewer using the Grants Management: Reviewer Assignment Notification template. If you want to use a different template, create a new Email Alert that references your template. |
