Action Plans Permission Sets for Admins and Grantmakers
Learn about the permission sets necessary to access Action Plans.
To use Action Plans, give admins and grantmakers access to them through these permission sets.

Note Users can't apply Action Plan Templates created by another user when the org-wide sharing is set to Private. In Sharing Settings, update the default permissions for internal users to Public Read Only or create a sharing rule.
We also recommend creating a due diligence permission set and assigning it to users who will create Action Plan Templates, Action Plans, Tasks, Document Checklist Items, and Verification Checks. Learn more in Use Permission Sets.
