Install Grants Management Flows

What's Included

Use the Grants Management Flow Installer to get the latest version of the unpackaged Grants Management flows in your org.

Other than Grants Management: Share Account and Contact with Collaborators (Sample), the flows automatically activate after installation.

Prerequisites

Before you install Grants Management Flows, ensure that you have the latest version of Grants Management.

Install Flows

After you confirm that you meet the prerequisites, you’re ready to use the Grants Management Flow Installer.

We recommend installing in a Sandbox environment or a Developer org before installing into a Production org. For more information, see Create a Sandbox.

1. Log out of all other Salesforce orgs or open the installer in an incognito window to ensure that you install in the correct org.

2. Go to the Grants Management Flows Installer page.

3. Click Log In and then select an option:

   • Production or Developer Org

   • Sandbox Org

4. Click Allow.

5. Click Start Pre-Install Validation.

6. Select the flows that you want to install.

7. Click Install.

8. To confirm that you have read and agree to the terms of use, select the checkbox, and then click Confirm.

When the installation finishes, a confirmation dialog appears.

Change the Version of a Flow

After installation, if necessary, you can access and activate earlier versions of previously-installed flows.

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select Flows.

2. Next to a flow, click , and then select View Details and Versions.

3. Under Flow Versions, activate the version of the flow that you want.
