          Manage Funding Programs

          Create funding programs and then upload files for grantseekers.

          • Create a Funding Program
            A Funding Program can represent an overall thematic initiative or be a parent program to several children programs. This needs to be set up before applicants can apply for funding.
          • Upload Files to Funding Program
            File attachments, such as an FAQ, can be added to a Funding Program for grantseekers to view.

          Create a Funding Program

          A Funding Program can represent an overall thematic initiative or be a parent program to several children programs. This needs to be set up before applicants can apply for funding.

          1. From the App Launcher (App Launcher), find and select Funding Programs.

          2. Click New.

          3. Enter a Funding Program Name. For example, Community Impact.

          4. Optionally, configure additional details.

          5. Click Save.

          Upload Files to Funding Program

          File attachments, such as an FAQ, can be added to a Funding Program for grantseekers to view.

          This file is now visible to any site users who have Read access to the Funding Program.

          1. From the App Launcher (App Launcher), find and select Funding Programs.

          2. Select a Funding Program.

          3. Click Files.

          4. Click Upload Files.

          5. Select a file, then click Open.

          6. Click Done.

          7. Click the file.

          8. Click Share.

          9. Click Who Can Access.

          10. Click Disabled next to Customer Access. This switches the file to Enabled.

          11. Click Done.
