            Grants Management: Multi-Section Application Form (Sample)

            Learn what's included in the flow for multi-section applications.

            The Grants Management: Multi-Section Application Form (Sample) flow shows a grantseeker an application with multiple sections and allows a grantseeker to save and return to the application. This flow is continuous until a grantseeker submits their application.

            Flow Element Action
            1. Start  
            2. Subflow: Application Form Launcher Launches the Application Form Launcher flow to create or find an application.
            3. Get Records: Check User's Access

            Checks if the grantseeker has Edit or Read-only access to the Funding Request. 

            If the grantseeker has Read-only access to the Funding Request, they're directed to a read-only version of the application that can't be edited.
            4. Decision: Which Section Is Displayed? Determines which section of the application to show the grantseeker.
            5. Screen: Applicant and Organization Information Lets the grantseeker review and update information about themselves and their organization.
            6. Assignment:  Assign Fields Gathers the information the grantseeker added in the Applicant and Organization Information section.
            7a. Update Records: Update Funding Request Updates the Funding Request with the information added in the Applicant and Organization Information section.
            7b. Screen: Save Error If there's a problem displaying the Funding Request, the grantseeker sees an error message.
            8. Assignment: Set Section to Display Determines which section to display to the grantseeker based on which section they click in the navigation.
            9. Decision: Which Section Is Displayed? Moves the grantseeker to the next section of the application, the Proposal Summary.
            10. Screen: Proposal Summary Lets the grantseeker describe their proposal and indicate the amount they are requesting.
            11. Assignment: Assign Fields Gathers the information the grantseeker added in the Proposal Summary.
            12a. Update Records: Update Funding Request Updates the Funding Request with the information gathered in the Assign Fields step.
            12b. Screen: Save Error If there's a problem displaying the Funding Request, the grantseeker sees an error message.
            13. Assignment: Set Section to Display Determines which section to display to the grantseeker based on which section they click in the navigation.
            14. Decision: Which Section Is Displayed? Moves the grantseeker to the next section of the application, Attachments.
            15. Screen: Attachments Lets the grantseeker add attachments to their application.
            16. Assignment: Assign Fields Gathers the information the grantseeker added in Attachments.
            17a. Update Records: Update Funding Request Updates the Funding Request with the information gathered in the Assign Fields step.
            17b. Screen: Save Error If there's a problem displaying the Funding Request, the grantseeker sees an error message.
            18. Assignment: Set Section to Display Determines which section to display to the grantseeker based on which section they click in the navigation.
            19. Decision: Which Section Is Displayed? Moves the grantseeker to the last section of the application, Review and Submit.
            20. Screen: Review and Submit Lets the grantseeker review their information before submitting. When the grantseekers clicks Submit, the Status changes to Submitted and the application can't be updated. The Submit button appears only when the Funding Request is in the In Progress status.
            21a. Update Records: Update Funding Request Updates Funding Request with information confirmed in Review and Submit.
            21b. Screen: Save Error If there's a problem displaying the Funding Request, the grantseeker sees an error message.
            22. Assignment: Set Section to Display Decides which section to display to the grantseeker based on their navigation selection.
            23. Decision: Which Section Is Displayed? Moves the grantseeker to a read-only version of their application.
            24. Screen: Read-Only Application Shows a read-only version of the application if the grantseeker has Read access to the Funding Request. The grantseeker won't be able to create or edit an application.
