Learn what's included in the flow that launches a multi-section application in your portal.
Use the Grants Management: Application Form Launcher (Sample) flow to create a new application or gather information about an existing application, and then continue the Grants Management: Multi-Section Application Form (Sample) flow.

| 2. Decision: Is the User Logged In? | Checks if the grantseeker is logged in to the grantee portal. |
| 3. Screen: Login or Register | Prompts the grantseeker to log in or register for an account as appropriate. |
| 4. Get Records: Get Funding Program | Searches for the Funding Program that the grantseeker is applying to. |
| 5. Decision: Is Funding Program Found? | Determines if a Funding Program was found. |
| 6. Get Records: Get User’s Contact Record | Searches for and finds the User's Contact record, then shows information about the grantseeker's organization as long as the Contact isn't related to the grantee portal’s self-registration Account. |
| 7. Screen: Confirm User and Organization Information | Shows a screen that lets the grantseeker confirm their User and organization information. |
| 8. Assignment: Build New Funding Request | Creates a new Funding Request record and sets its Status to In Progress. |
| 9a. Create Records: Create New Funding Request | Creates the new Funding Request record. |
| 9b. Error Notification: Screen | If there's a problem creating the Funding Request, the applicant sees an error message. |
| 10. Screen: Navigate to Application | Navigates the grantseeker to the new Funding Request record. This relaunches the flow from the start to show the application. |
| 11. Get Records: Get Funding Request | Searches for and finds the Funding Request. |
| 12. Decision: Funding Request Found? | Determines if a Funding Request is found. |
| 13. Assignment: Assign output Funding Request | Assigns the Funding Request found in step 11 as the output variable that's used in the Grants Management: Multi-Section Application Form (Sample) flow. |
| 14. Screen: Funding Request not found error | If a Funding Request isn't found, the grantseeker sees an error message. |
