Improve Recurring Donations Batch Processing Speed

Reduce batch processing time by excluding closed Recurring Donations.

To decrease the number of donations included in the Recurring Donations batch job, turn on the Exclude Closed Recurring Donations setting. This excludes closed Recurring Donations from the Recurring Donation Opportunity batch job. To turn on the setting:

1. Go to Setup.

2. In the Quick Find box, enter Custom Settings, then click Custom Settings.

3. Next to Recurring Donations Settings, click Manage.

4. Click Edit.

5. To turn on the setting, select Exclude Closed Recurring Donations.

6. Save your settings.
