Create an Academic Certification Record
Track learners’ degrees, diplomas, or other certifications by creating Academic Certification records.
If the Contact record has an Academic Certification related list, click New. If not, from the App Launcher, find and select Academic Certifications, and click New.
Select a record type and click Next.
Enter all relevant details.
Click Save. Or click Save & New to create another Academic Certification record.
