• University—Define a degree or certificate along with its academic level and fields of study that your institution offers.

• K-12—Define a diploma that your educational institution offers.

Academic Certification Record Types

Learn about the preconfigured records types that come with K-12 Architecture Kit.

• Degree—A certification related to the completion of a course of study.

• Diploma—A certification related to the completion of a course of study, such as a high school diploma in the United States.

• Certificate—A certification related to the completion of specific courses.

Add the Academic Certification related list to the appropriate Account page layouts. Add the following fields to the appropriate Education History page layouts. Credentialing Identifier Credits Earned Status Verification Status Verification Status Date Add the Education History lookup field to the Program Enrollment object. Create an Academic Certification Record

Track learners’ degrees, diplomas, or other certifications by creating Academic Certification records.

1. If the Contact record has an Academic Certification related list, click New. If not, from the App Launcher, find and select Academic Certifications, and click New.

2. Select a record type and click Next.

3. Enter all relevant details.

4. Click Save. Or click Save & New to create another Academic Certification record.
