Track student and school characteristics with dashboards and reports in K-12 Architecture Kit.
With just the bit of sample data you’ve entered, you can start to see the possibilities and power of a student-centered information system like K-12 Architecture Kit. Now that you’ve put data in, let’s see what data you can get out.
We give you a head start on reporting with a sample dashboard for monitoring your student population and a set of sample reports. Explore editing them and use them as inspiration for building out your own reports and dashboards.
- Return to the Dashboard Where You Started
After you've added some data to your trial org, go to the Home tab and refresh the page to see how your dashboard looks with sample data. You can refresh individual charts and drill down into more detailed views of the information they represent. - Access the Sample Reports

Return to the Dashboard Where You Started
After you've added some data to your trial org, go to the Home tab and refresh the page to see how your dashboard looks with sample data. You can refresh individual charts and drill down into more detailed views of the information they represent.
To access the source dashboard itself, go to the Dashboards tab and click the Sample Dashboards folder. Click Sample Student Demographics, and then explore customizing its contents.
Access the Sample Reports
K-12 Architecture Kit comes with sample reports for tracking student and school characteristics.
Go to the Reports tab and click the Public Reports folder. Data from these reports is actually pulled into the Sample Student Demographics dashboard.
