For example, consider individually tracking the math, evidence-based reading, and writing scores of the SAT to determine which subjects students need more help preparing for.

Add Custom Metadata to Test Score Records
With Custom Metadata Types, you can create your own setup objects whose records are metadata rather than data. You can add a definition of a test score that includes how the test is graded, the scoring range, and the passing value.

Click
, then click Setup. -
In the Quick Find box, search for and select Custom Metadata Types.

Next to Test Score Definition, click Manage Records.

Enter the relevant information and click Save. Or click Save & New to create another Test Score Definition.
Create a Test Score Record
Use these steps to create a test score record in K-12 Architecture Kit.
- From the Test record related to this score, click New on the Test Scores related list.
- Enter relevant details about this Test Score.
- Click Save. Or, if you're creating multiple Test Score records, click Save & New.
