About Customizable Rollups

The NPSP Customizable Rollups feature lets you create highly customized rollups that roll up either data from Opportunities, Payments, or Soft Credits (including Partial Soft Credits). You can create custom donation rollup fields on Accounts, Contacts, General Allocation Units, or Recurring Donations and you can also edit the definition of legacy out-of-box rollups.

Grant Access to npsp.CRLP_RollupUI_SVC Apex Class

To ensure that you can access and configure Customizable Rollups, verify that your profile has access to the Apex Class CRLP_RollupUI_SVC.

If you don't have access to this Apex class, you'll see an error when you click the Configure Customizable Rollups button in NPSP Settings.

Important You must use the Enhanced Profile User Interface in order to access all available Apex classes.

1. Click , then click Setup.

2. In the Quick Find box, enter Profiles, then click Profiles.

3. Click the name of the profile you want to edit.

4. Click Apex Class Access.

5. Click Edit.

6. Add CRLP_RollupUI_SVC to the Enabled Apex Class list.

7. Click Save.
