Convert Opportunity Rollups into Payment Rollups

You can easily convert Opportunity rollups into Payment rollups just by changing a few fields.

Keep in mind that you will need to do this process for each rollup you want to convert to a Payment rollup.

1. Go to the NPSP Settings tab. If you don't see the tab in your org, you can find it from the App Launcher.
2. Click Donations | Customizable Rollups.
3. Click Configure Customizable Rollups.
4. In the row for the Opportunity rollup you want to convert into a Payment rollup, click the down arrow , then click Edit.
5. In the Rollup Type field, select Payment > Account (Hard Credit).
6. In the Filter Group field, select the appropriate Payments filter group.
7. Click Save.
8. Repeat these steps for each rollup you want to update.
9. If you want to see the updated rollup calculations immediately, you can manually recalculate them. Otherwise, the values will update when the batch runs overnight.
