Mark an Address as Undeliverable
To remove bad addresses from your mailing lists, mark them as undeliverable.

With address management, NPSP ensures that an edit to one record in a Household, including the Contacts, Address records, and Household Account, is copied to all the related records. Overview
When you're notified of a bad address, mark it as undeliverable in NPSP.
Postal mail is an important channel for donor and constituent management. After sending out your appeals, gift acknowledgments, event invitations, and other written communications, sometimes some of them come back as undeliverable. Perhaps the address was incorrect, the donor's information was incomplete information, or the postal service simply can't deliver to the address that you gave.
When you're notified of a bad address, mark it as undeliverable in NPSP.
Mark an Address as Undeliverable
With address management, NPSP ensures that an edit to one record in a Household, including the Contacts, Address records, and Household Account, is copied to all the related records. So to update the Undeliverable address fields for all records in a Household, edit just one of the records.
NPSP tracks undeliverable addresses using these fields:

Undeliverable Mailing Address on the Contact object.

Undeliverable Billing Address on the Account object.

Undeliverable on the Address object.
With address management, NPSP ensures that an edit to one record in a Household, including the Contacts, Address records, and Household Account, is copied to all the related records. So to update the Undeliverable address fields for all records in a Household, edit just one of the records.
To mark an address as undeliverable using a Contact record:

Locate the Contact record that you want to update.

Click Edit.

In Address Information, select Undeliverable Mailing Address.

Save the Contact.
Filter Undeliverable Addresses in Reports
To exclude records that have an undeliverable address from your mailing lists, use a report filter.
- Locate a report that you want to update.
- Click Edit.
- Click Filters.
- In Add Filter, find and select Undeliverable Mailing Address.
- Select False.
- Click Apply.
- Save the report.
